About me
My experience in the federal government, and particularly USCIS inspired me to create JM Support Services.

About Me
Hello, I’m Brittany, founder of JM Support Services. I have over 16 years serving in the federal government in multiple agencies to include the Transportation Services Administration, Customs and Border Protection, and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. At USCIS, I served as an Immigrations Services Officer for many years. Throughout my career, I worked with individuals and families all over the world, reviewing immigration applications, organizing complex documentation, and helping ensure cases moved through the immigration process according to USCIS requirements.
My experience in the federal government, and particularly USCIS inspired me to create JM Support Services.
I understand that immigration paperwork can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide organized, professional document preparation and administrative support so clients feel more confident and prepared throughout the process.

At JM Support Services, I believe everyone deserves respectful service, clear communication, and a well-organized application package. Whether you’re preparing a family-petition, organizing supporting documents, preparing for a naturalization interview, or simply trying to understand the next steps in the USCIS process, I’m committed to helping you stay organized every step of the way. My background allows me to approach every case with attention to detail, professionalism, and a deep appreciation for the importance of complete and accurate documentation.
Outside
of my business
Service has always been an important part of who I am- both professionally and personally.
Outside of my business, I’m a mother, real estate realtor and investor, and a lifelong public servant who believes in helping others navigate important life transitions with confidence and dignity.
I look forward to serving you.
